How do I know I am getting good value for money?
Our airport parking comes with a Price Guarantee, which means you can rest assured that you are getting the best price possible. We constantly monitor our prices, and can offer this promise: If you find the same parking for less within 7 days of booking, let us know immediately, and we’ll refund the total cost, letting you park absolutely free.
Will I have to pay a booking fee?
No. It’s free to book your airport parking with us.
Does it cost more to pay by credit card?
No, not a penny more. Our booking policy saves you between £1.50 and £4.00 on the price of your booking, and we charge no additional credit card fees.
How much does it cost to cancel?
Our cancellation charge is now just £5. But if you buy our Cancellation Waiver for just 50p when you book, you can cancel and pay nothing.
What is a cancellation waiver?
The 50p cancellation waiver, paid at the time of booking, means that if you need to cancel your Airport Parking for any reason, you can do so and you won't be charged a penny.
What is the notice period for cancellation?
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your booked time.
