• (one) prize of £400.00 (Four hundred pounds) of iTunes vouchers available to win.
• To qualify, all those customers who purchase a Protect your bubble product, by no later than 12pm on 30th June 2011 will automatically be entered into the iPad app prize draw.
• No purchase necessary. Please mail your entry on a plain piece of paper or postcard to Protect your bubble Prize Draw, Assurant House, 6-12 Victoria Street, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 1EN. All entries must include name, address and phone number and must be received no later than 12pm on 30th June 2011.Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. Damaged, incomplete or illegible entries may be treated as invalid. Only one entry per person and per household. Only one entry per stamped envelope permitted. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will not be entered into the prize draw.
• The winner will be drawn at random on 7th July 2011 and the winner will be notified by mail no later than 14th July 2011.
• The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, other than employees of Assurant Direct Limited, its agencies or their families.
• The prize is subject to availability.
• Assurant Direct Limited reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. No cash alternative will be offered for any prize.
• Details of the prize winner may be obtained by written request by sending an stamped addressed envelope to the above address on or before 28th July 2011 Assurant Direct Limited’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The winner may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion. All personal data collected will be processed in accordance with current data protection legislation.
• Assurant Direct Limited cannot accept responsibility for any damage, loss or injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting a prize.
• Assurant Direct Limited reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Free Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable. Entries that do not comply in full with these rules may be disqualified.
• The terms and conditions will be governed by English law.
