We’ll send you a replacement device within 48 hours of an approved claim. So if someone’s trying to get hold of you, you won’t be out of touch for long.

• Breakdown

With our extended warranty, you’ll also get electrical and mechanical breakdown cover. So if your BlackBerry® suddenly stops working, we’ll fix it or replace it for you.

• Worldwide cover as standard

Whether you lose your BlackBerry®  in Barnet or Barbados, you’ll be protected against the costs of replacing or repairing your mobile wherever you go. So if you’re on your holidays, you can relax even more.

• Unauthorised calls
