All you have to do is buy a new bicycle insurance policy, or renew or add another bike to an existing policy, in the three months between February 12th and May 15th 2015 and you'll be automatically entered into the draw - simple!

1. The draw is open to residents of the U.K excluding employees of the Promoter (or of the Promoter group), their immediate families, agencies of the Promoter (or of the Promoter group) and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

2. Entrants must be 18 years old or over.

3. The promotion begins at 00.00 on 12th Feb 2015 and closes at 23:59 on 15th May 2015 British Summer Time (BST).

4. You will be entered if you renew, purchase a new bicycle insurance policy or if you add one or more bikes to an existing personal bicycle insurance policy during the promotional period.

5. You can also enter without renewing, adjusting or purchasing a policy by sending your full name, address, email address (where applicable) and contact telephone number to: Pinarello Bike Giveaway Prize Draw 2015, Protect Your Bubble, Assurant House, 6-12 Victoria Street, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 1EN provided such entry is received by Promoter on or before the closing date of 15th May 2015. By submitting such an entry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accept these terms and conditions.

6. Only one entry per person is allowed.

7. Any policy renewed, adjusted or purchased for entry to this draw must be in force for a minimum of 60 days after the promotional period end date.

8. Prize is 1x Pinarello Neor 2015 Tiagra/105 Black/Red choice of size 50cm or 54cm and 1 x pair of pedals up to the value of £50 as chosen by the winner. [The Promoter will pay for delivery to the winner but all other costs associated with the prize are payable by the winner.]

9. The winner will be randomly selected on or around the 16th July 2015 by the Promoter from all the valid entries submitted during the promotional period.

10. The Promoter will contact the winner by 20th July 2015 using the contact details provided as part of the entry and will provide details to the winner on how to claim the prize. In all matters, the random selection made by the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

11. The winner is required to respond to the notification of winning within 30 days of receipt in order to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited and another winner will be selected. The prize will not be released until 60 days after the expiry of the renewal, adjustment or purchase as detailed in paragraph 8 above.

12. The prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged and has no cash value. It cannot be redeemed by the winner for cash or any other prize.

18.By entering this competition, you understand and agree that the winner may be requested to participate in promotional activity and that the Promoter reserves the right to make reference to the name and county of residence of the winner, in any publicity. No compensation shall be awarded for such participation.

19. By entering into this draw, the entrant consents to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of the draw.

20. Nothing in these terms shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence or any other liability which may not be excluded by law.
