Your Galaxy S5's big screen is one of it's best features – but that also means that smashes and cracks will have a big effect. Plus, if your screen goes dead, you're out of luck when it comes to doing anything basic, like making calls or sending texts. 

You're also now the owner of one of the newest mobile devices out there – which means it's a target for thieves. The next time you go out to a restaurant or change in the locker room at the gym could be the moment your Galaxy S5 gets snatched. And since your S5 is so high-powered, you'll want to take it with you wherever you go... which can increase the chances that you'll accidentally lose it.

A £50 excess is payable per claim, plus an additional excess of £25 for all loss claims and any accidental damage claims made in the first three months from the policy start date.The total excess on all claims filed overseas is £75. No claims can be made for the first 14 days after the policy is purchased. If paying monthly by Direct Debit, you will be required to pay the premium for the remainder of your 12-month contract before your claim can be approved. Your gadget(s) must be less than 18 months old for Regular and Business Gadget Insurance and less than 36 months old for Family Gadget Insurance at the time you buy your policy.
