Gadget Insurance
For Gadget Insurance policyholders

In your purchase confirmation email there was a link to register for an online account. To login, change your password or register if you didn't previously visit: My Policy

Login to view and amend your gadget policy, make changes to your personal details, and make a claim.

On 19th June 2021, we launched a new and improved login area. If you already had an account before this date you will need to create a new account like a new customer. Why? You can create a new account on the My Policy page.

You can log your claim online by visiting: My Policy

You can also make a claim by calling us on 0330 333 4792 – our phone lines are open Monday – Friday, 8am – 8pm, and Saturday - Sunday, 9am - 6pm Alternatively you can write to us at Protect Your Bubble, PO Box 1033, Uxbridge, UB8 9PX.

Please quote your mobile phone number in any correspondence. Lifestyle Services Group handles all queries and complaints on behalf of the insurer. If you are not happy with our decision you can, within 6 months of our final decision, refer your complaint for an independent assessment to: The Financial Ombudsman Service, Exchange Tower, Harbour Exchange, LONDON, E14 9SR Telephone: 0800 023 4567 / 0300 123 9123, Email: complaint.info@financial-ombudsman.org.uk Web: financial-ombudsman.org.uk Nothing in these terms, including referral to the Financial Ombudsman Service, affects your statutory rights. You can also register a complaint with the European Union’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (or ODR). Their website is http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The ODR will simply pass your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.


You'll need to contact us if you want to cancel your policy – be sure to have your policy number to hand to facilitate the process.

If you cancel within the first 14 days, you'll receive a full refund. After the first 14 days we will cancel the policy at the end of the most recent policy period. For example, if you have paid your latest monthly premium on the 1st of January and contact us to cancel on the 15th of January, we will set the policy to cancel on the 31st of January and collect no further premiums. No refunds will be paid at cancellation
