How do I claim?

  • First call us on 0844 573 8199* to tell us about the damage and how it happened. You must do this within 14 calendar days of the discovery of any damage. This is vital because if you leave the damage our mobile technicians may not be able to repair it
  • We’ll ask you to email photos of the damage to protectyourbubble@motor-admin.com 
  • When we get these we’ll make an initial decision on your claim – we aim to do this within 1 working day. Please note our approved repair technician will still need to make a final check that the damage is covered when they arrive to carry out the repair
  • Our repair technician will then contact you to arrange an appointment at a time and place to suit you – your home, your workplace, even on holiday - as long as it’s in mainland UK or Northern Ireland
  • You’ll get a call the day before the repair from our technician to check the time is still convenient for you. They’ll also explain how they’re going to carry out the repair and ask if you have any questions. On the day, they’ll call you 20 minutes before they arrive to let you know they’re on time. Once there, they will double check the damage is covered
  • Our technician will talk you through how they’re going to repair the damage – and get your agreement. At this point - and only when they are certain they can complete the repair - they will ask to collect the excess payment by card using a secured wireless chip and pin terminal
  • The repair will then be done. This may take between 30 minutes and 4 hours
  • Once completed our technician will ask you to check the repair and sign to agree you are completely happy with it.

*Calls to 0844 numbers cost 3p per minute when calling from a BT landline. Calls from other networks and mobile phones could be considerably higher.
