Different excesses apply for each cover level. You must make all reasonable attempts to gain pre-approval from us before incurring medical expenses over £500. See terms and conditions for full details.

Cancellation or curtailment cover

If you’re forced to cancel your trip or even cut it short once you arrive, there's good news. You’re covered between £1,500 and £10,000, depending on your cover level.

Cancellation or curtailment cover applies in the result of unforeseen event as detailed in the terms and conditions.

Delay & missed departures

Delays sometimes seem like they can be an unavoidable part of travelling. That's why we offer you cover, along with missed departures and total holiday abandonment that are out of your control.

Delays and missed departures arising from terrorism or Foreign & Commonwealth Office directives in relation to actual or suspected terrorism are not covered. Flights, sea crossings or coach/train journeys must be delayed for 12+ hours as a direct result of industrial action, adverse weather or mechanical breakdown of the vehicles involved.

Baggage & possessions cover

Want to make sure your personal luggage – including money – is covered in case of damage, theft or loss? With us, you can get covered up to £3,000.

£3,000 maximum cover applicable for Premier PLUS cover level – maximums are £1,500 on Economy or Standard and £2,000 on Premier. Single item limits apply.

Optional extras

Planning more than just a holiday? For an extra premium you can include optional add-ons with your policy, like cover for winter sports, golf equipment, cruises and even business travel.

Golf and business cover not available for Economy level cover – see comparison table below for details.

Personal accident & liability

If an accident during your trip leads to your death or disablement, you are covered up to £50,000 – depending on your policy level. On all policy levels, you're covered up to £2m if you accidentally cause another person's bodily injury, death and/or loss or damage of property.

Maximums are £5,000 on Economy, £15,000 on Standard, £25,000 on Premier and £50,000 on Premier PLUS.

Medical conditions

Have a pre-existing medical condition? Want cover for it? Like most insurance policies, we generally don't cover these as standard, but you may have the option to cover yourself for an additional premium by calling our Medical Screening Helpline.

No claim arising directly or indirectly from any Pre-existing Medical Condition will be covered unless you declare ALL conditions. See the policy Terms and Conditions for more details.
